Property Development & Construction has an entire value chain completely untouched by most small and growing businesses in South Africa. The City of Tshwane recently hosted a Property Seminar focussing on how to leverage the value of public sector real estate. The City of Johannesburg is going through a similar exercise. A lot of entrepreneurs and investors are not aware of the opportunities that exist because of a lack of the right information in order to make informed decisions. THUD is bringing key players in the sector to help us unpack the opportunities as well as how to play the game. The existing pipeline of property deals gives THUD an advantage in assisting entrepreneurs and investment groups to leverage.
