Jamlab, in partnership with the Civic Tech Innovation Network, will be hosting a panel discussion on ways to make WhatsApp work for media.

WhatsApp is the most widely used app in South Africa but the least used channel by South African media. There are challenges in the way WhatsApp works that makes using it as a media platform difficult. In this Jamlab breakfast, they bring together some of the people who have been making this platform work and are trying to address the misinformation that also flows on it.
